  • Yes! All contributions to RockTheWalls.org are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.

  • Yes! We are a fully-registered 501(c)(3) charitable organizaton, which means your contribution to our organization will be tax deductible and we are eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions.

    The IRS maintains an “Exempt Organizations Select Check Tool” (available at “https://apps.irs.gov/app/eos/”).

  • We operate the organization out of the state of Connecticut. We are registered with the IRS through the state of Florida. We currently provide statewide resources for the state of CT with plans to expand throughout the entire United States!

  • We received our tax-exempt status in December of 2022.

    • Build a small, specialized and highly-skilled team, capable of achieving our organizational goals.

    • Secure funding through donations, sponsorships and grants, enabling us to build initial online resources that serve the community of those affected by domestic violence.

    • Increase brand and resource awareness.

    • Build-out and update our website & social media platforms. Providing content relevant to our mission that will engage and reach our target audience.

    • Invest in and utilize technology that allows us to provide user-friendly platforms and modern processing, that is convenient for our users.

    • Organize events to raise public awareness, awareness, education and funds.

  • Abusive partners often monitor victims’ internet activities and Rock the Walls wants to keep users safe. Any indication (real or perceived) that victims may be seeking to leave the relationship, can lead to an abusive event, or an escalation of violence. While there is no way to make online browsing completely safe, the Safe Exit button allows the user to immediately view an unrelated website if their abusive partner comes into the room. This Safe Exit button is in line with industry best practices for user safety.
